When you work with me, everything is customized to fit your needs, so the strategy and pricing may vary depending on what you need done.  With that said, I still want to make sure we are on the same page with our cancellation and refund policy.  

If you happen to need a website built, I do offer a money back guarantee on your deposit if you decide to cancel my services before the website has been completed. 

As for my monthly services, they are paid for up front and I have a no refund policy on those as I am continuously doing work on your campaign.

The monthly service is month to month with no contract, so you are free to cancel at any time, and you own all of the work that I do.  You do however have to cancel with me over the phone or in writing via email at least 24 hours before your bill comes through, in order to avoid any unwanted charges.
